What Pancho Tours Is and Where It Operates

Pancho Tours is a Seville-based tour company with two sides. In Spain and Portugal it runs its own guided tours: the homepage banner reads "Authentic Freetours Since 2009 IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL," and the about page says that since 2009 people have been guided "through eight of Europe's best cities by Pancho's 'City Lovers' (Pancho's guides)" in Sevilla, Cádiz, Málaga, Granada, Córdoba, Lisbon, Porto and Madrid. Guides wear an orange shirt, and the site's slogan is "#FollowTheOrangeShirt." Beyond those cities, the destination menu also lists Barcelona, Rome, Paris, London, Florence, Jerez, Girona, Pompeii, Athens, Milan, Amsterdam, Sintra and Vienna, plus a "Nature" section for Seville, Cadiz and Malaga provinces. In several of these, notably Rome, Paris, London, Florence, Athens, Pompeii and Sintra, what is on sale is mostly ticket combos with audioguides rather than Pancho-guided walks. The biggest gap is the terms: cancellation and refund rules sit behind a separate link, not on the tour pages. Group sizes are not stated, so it is unclear how large a free tour or a tapas tour gets. The split between Pancho-guided tours and ticket-plus-audioguide combos is visible only by reading each product title, and for Rome, Paris or London the site does not say who, if anyone, meets you. Some card prices show as "0,00," which reads as a free tour or a price shown later rather than a real figure. Pancho Tours suits travelers in Andalusia and Portugal who want a free or low-cost guided walk, a tapas evening or a private day trip from Cádiz or Seville, and who like booking several sights as one combo. Visitors to Rome, Paris or London should treat the offer there as a ticket service with audioguides, and anyone who needs firm cancellation terms should open the cancellation page before paying.
