TripsPoint is a booking marketplace, not a tour operator. Its tagline invites travelers to "Book and Review unique Day Tours, Multi-Day Trips, Activities & Things to Do directly from local companies & people all the World around," and the footer invites local tour providers and private guides to "ADD & SELL YOUR TOURS." New listings appear on the homepage under the supplier's own name, such as a Cebu whale-shark and canyoneering day posted by Suroy Cebu Tour PH., or a Bali heritage and coffee tour from Balisutha tour service. The tours are run by those suppliers.

The destination menu covers Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America and North America, and the site calls Tenerife its "Best Destination." The Spain tours page is almost entirely Tenerife, with departures from Costa Adeje, Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Los Gigantes, Palm Mar and Puerto de la Cruz. The Egypt page covers Cairo and Giza, Luxor and Sharm El-Sheikh. What the reviews show

The review feed shows both kinds of experience. A 5-star review from August 2026 says the "Bus to Loro Parque turned up exactly on time at our pick up, all ran smoothly, took 1 hour 20 mins as stated." An earlier 2-star review of the same transfer, titled "Misleading," says it took 2 hours with unnecessary stops and that the reviewer was charged for 2 people after a partner fell ill. A 1-star review of the Freebird catamaran describes a very rough sea and widespread seasickness, while others praise named guides on Taj Mahal day trips and a wildlife trek at Gunung Leuser National Park. Because every supplier is different, those reviews are the best guide to the individual operator.

Gaps, and who it suits

Group sizes, guide languages, age limits and accessibility vary by supplier, and the listing pages rarely state them; the "small group" and "private" labels in tour names are the only hints. The cancellation terms sit on a separate policy page rather than on the listings.

It also gathers small local suppliers in Egypt, India and Vietnam, each listed under its own name. Travelers who want a single company to answer for the guide, the vehicle and the refund should read the supplier's reviews and the cancellation policy first.
