Prices are in euros, per person.

The homepage shows "260+ Reviews" with a 5.0 score and "60+ Reviews" with 4.8, and the About page embeds Google reviews at "4.8 out of 5 · 59 reviews." The mission, in the site's words, is "to transform classic sightseeing into meaningful family adventures." The About page lists the kinds of outings that means in practice: "exploring the Eiffel Tower, uncovering treasures at the Louvre, tasting chocolate and macarons, or strolling through charming Parisian neighborhoods." The footer copyright runs from 2013.

How the tours work

Every tour is private. The FAQ answers "Are the tours really private?" with "Absolutely. All our experiences are 100% private, meaning it's just your family and your dedicated guide." Guides "adapt explanations for younger kids, teens, and adults," and the FAQ says tours suit "children of different age groups, from young kids to teenagers." It adds that "many of our tours include skip-the-line access to major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre," and that "Optional hotel pick-up and drop-off can be arranged for selected tours." Guides are described as "genuine Paris locals or long-term residents."

The reviews shown on the About page give a feel for the style: a guide who kept children of 11 and 8 engaged despite rain and cold, scavenger-hunt games in the Louvre with a 7-year-old, and a guide who found seats for tired children and told stories about the art in front of them. Another describes a Louvre tour booked at the last minute, with a coordinator arranging tickets and assigning a guide on the day. These are the company's selection from Google.

School groups have their own page. The FAQ there says tours are "tailored to your students' age, curriculum, and interests," that the company can take "groups of various sizes, from small classes to large school trips" and will "adjust the number of guides," and that it offers tours for elementary, middle and high school students. Travel agents are offered "competitive commissions and flexible collaboration options for registered travel partners," and the agents page promises "full support with scheduling, logistics, and all necessary details" once a tour is confirmed.

Booking and terms

Each tour card has a "Check Availability" button for online booking, and a request form asks for the number of participants (from 1 to 21+), whether the experience is private or small group, and a starting time. Gift cards come in any amount, are delivered "instantly by email" or on a scheduled date, and "are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase," redeemable "for any private family tour in Paris or anywhere else we operate in France and Europe." On the travel agents page the company recommends "booking at least a few weeks in advance, especially during peak travel seasons." The footer links to a Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, but the site's tour, FAQ and gift card pages do not state a cancellation window, refund rules, a deposit or payment methods.

What the site leaves open, and who it suits

Prices are "Starting at" figures per person, and the site does not explain how they change with the size of the family or the length chosen. The tour cards do not give meeting points, and the site does not say which languages its guides work in or what accessibility each tour offers. The request form includes a "Small Group" option even though the tours are presented as private, which is worth clarifying when booking.

What the site does well is make the family focus concrete: named guides, per-person prices on every listed tour, durations from 2 hours to a full day, and trips well beyond Paris. It suits families with young children or teenagers who want a guide to pace a museum around them, travel agents building family itineraries, and teachers planning a school trip to France. Travelers without children will find the whole offer built for someone else.
