Italy and France get the most detail in the tour pages, through a Rome tour and an Eiffel Tower tour. The site does not give an office address or say which country the company is based in.

How the Tours Are Organized

Other entrance fees and food and drinks are excluded. The route covers the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Navona Square, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, and the page says pick-up can also be from the cruise port or airport. It is listed "From 119€," marked as a price per person. The page adds that the 4 hours can be stretched, "for example 6 hours or 8 hours," and the About page says its travel experts "can customise your experience and make each tour unique," including buying tickets and organizing the rest of the day.

The Private tour of the Eiffel Tower is set at 2 hours, starting at the tower itself, with an official guide "in your desired language." The page says the length can be changed and that the company can arrange skip-the-line tickets to monuments or museums "with no extra cost" if asked in advance. It is listed "From 69€." Both pages add "Special prices for groups. Please contact."

Guides, Drivers and the Day Itself

The About page makes two claims about staff: "All our guides are licensed official tour guides that have passed a state test," and each chauffeur "has passed a quality check." Guest reviews on the tour pages name guides and drivers throughout, and they describe a range of formats beyond the two sample tours: a full-day private tour of Paris, a Versailles visit with a guide who met the group at their hotel, a 4-hour walking tour on the Left Bank, a drive from Florence to Pisa and Siena, and a Champagne winery day.
