Its FAQ says it provides tours and transportation on O'ahu, Maui, Hawai'i Island (the Big Island) and Kaua'i. Tours and Prices on the Homepage

The featured tours carousel shows a price label above each tour name. On O'ahu, the Hanauma Bay Package is from $65.00 and includes Hanauma Bay admission tickets and transportation from Waikiki; the homepage says these tickets are available exclusively through Roberts Hawaii up to 60 days in advance. The Hanauma Bay and Zoo Package, from $86.00, adds Honolulu Zoo admission, with the zoo ticket usable within 90 days of the service date. The Hanauma Bay and Grand Circle Island Combo is listed at "Now $139.00 Was $204.00" and combines the Grand Circle Island Tour with Hanauma Bay admission with VIP entry and round-trip transportation, serviced on two separate days. The Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona, Honolulu City Tour, a narrated tour of Pearl Harbor and historic Honolulu landmarks, is from $76.00 under a "Summer Sale" label, and Stars and Stripes, which adds the USS Missouri Battleship, is from $156.00.

Airport Transfers and How Pickups Work

Roberts Hawaii runs shared and private airport shuttles at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), Kahului (OGG), Kona (KOA) and Lihue (LIH), and the homepage credits "highly trained, experienced drivers." The FAQ explains each airport's pickup point: at HNL, guests call the dispatch hotline on 808-831-1555 and go to the pre-arranged shuttle pickup stations; at OGG, they turn right out of baggage claim to the large commercial parking lot; at KOA, they head to the group tour pickup stations; and at LIH, to the shuttle and taxi station. Separate dispatch numbers are listed for Maui, Kona and Kauai. For the return, the confirmation names the hotel pickup point, and guests should be there at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

For tours, the FAQ says most include hotel pickup and drop-off from designated locations, with the exact points and times confirmed at booking. It also says many tours "are designed to accommodate all ages and mobility levels" and asks guests with specific accessibility needs to get in touch ahead of time. The site does not list tour durations or the languages guides speak, though the site itself has a Japanese-language version.

Booking, Payments, and Cancellation

Tours are booked online through the site's Book Now buttons, and the FAQ strongly recommends booking ahead, especially in peak seasons. The cancellation policy is set out in the FAQ. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service day carry a 10% fee, and refunds take 10 to 12 working days to reach the card. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable, and no-shows are charged in full. For cruise passengers, that means a change of plans a day or two out costs the whole fare, so it is worth booking once the port schedule is firm.

The homepage says Roberts Hawaii is rated "excellent" by 860+ travelers and quotes reviews it has chosen. One describes a circle-island day with a driver-guide named Wes and stops at Kualoa Ranch with a buffet lunch, a macadamia farm, the Dole plantation and lookouts. A cruise passenger who booked Pearl Harbor and Historic Kona tours praises the easy website, the email confirmation and reminder the day before, and tour representatives who were "easy to identify" on shore, with "clean and air conditioned" buses. Another reviewer says driver Fred was on time, talked about island history and Polynesian culture all day, and made plenty of stops, and airport shuttle reviewers praise punctual drivers who handled luggage.

The homepage does not give tour lengths, group sizes or what the VIP entry at Hanauma Bay adds, and several prices carry sale labels without saying how long they last. The Hawaii Movie Tour, Heavenly Hana and Hilo tours also have no departure times shown.
