Limitless Travel is a UK company that runs accessible group holidays with a tour manager and professional carers on every trip. It is an operator of its own group departures, not a booking site: its "Why Limitless" page says it is "a small team based in Birmingham who have been delivering award-winning accessible group holidays for over 9 years." Its holidays cover the UK, Europe, South Africa and cruises. The UK destination menu names Blackpool, Bournemouth, Brighton, Cornwall, the Cotswolds, Devon, Dorset, the Lake District, London, Norfolk, Yorkshire, Wales and Scotland; Europe includes Cyprus, France, Greece, Crete, Iceland, Italy, Sicily, Spain, the Canary Islands, Tenerife, the Netherlands and Portugal. The cruise menu lists sailings with P&O Cruises, Cunard, Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruises. Prices are in pounds.

Coach tours, fly-to trips and cruises

The site sorts holidays into Accessible Coach Holidays, Short Haul Holidays, Long Haul Holidays, Last-Minute Holidays, Winter Sun Holidays and cruises, plus themes such as The British Seaside Collection, Sun, Sea & Sand, Foodie Favourites and Wildlife & Nature. It says it offers "over 100 holidays to destinations worldwide."

The UK Explorer tours last "six days or longer." The cruises are group departures aboard the cruise lines' own ships, with the Limitless team on board. Care, pace and group size

Care is the core of the offer. The site says it is "the only UK provider to bring professional carers and a tour manager on every trip, offering six levels of support, from companionship to 1-on-1 care," and that it personally interviews every carer. Booking includes "a 1-1 call with a care specialist" so each traveler has the support they need.

On accessibility, the company says its team "experiences a range of mobility issues themselves," and that "We visit each hotel, test every lift." On the homepage it says all hotels, activities and transport providers are "hand-selected and vetted." These are the company's own claims; it also says frankly that "We wish the world was accessible; it sadly isn't." What the site leaves open, and who it suits

The site does not state its deposit amounts, cancellation or refund terms, or whether any financial protection scheme covers bookings. It does not say which of the six care levels cost extra, and it gives no maximum group size beyond calling groups small.
