A Tiqets-affiliated ticket site for London

London City Pass is a ticket site for London attractions, city passes and tours in the United Kingdom. It does not run any of them, and it is open about who handles the sale: the footer says "London Citypass is an online ticketing service provider affiliated with" Tiqets and that "Ticket sales and delivery are managed by Tiqets." Each product page names a distributor, which is the company actually providing the experience, such as BIG BUS UKI for a London Eye and bus combination, City Wonders Limited for a Buckingham Palace tour or Chelsea Football Club for its stadium tour. The page title calls it "the Official Pass"; that is the site's own wording, and nothing on it names an official appointment by London or by any attraction. The catalog is centered on London, with a few day trips further out such as Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, Hampton Court and the Warner Bros. studio tour. Each ticket and pass is priced on its own product page, and the London Eye distributor is marked as pricing in GBP, so the checkout figure in the buyer's currency is the one to rely on.

Passes and combinations

The headline product is The London Pass®, sold as "90+ Attractions including The London Eye". The homepage lists what it includes as access "to 100+ attractions and activities for 1–10 days (depending on selection)", "24-hour hop-on hop-off access", "Skip-the-line entry at selected busy attractions" and a "Downloadable app to help plan your itinerary", and says it can "save up to 50% on admission". The FAQ adds that the pass comes in 1, 2, 3, 6 or 10 day versions, starts at the first attraction visited, runs for consecutive days and allows one visit per attraction, and that an optional Oyster Travelcard for central London transport is available with it. Its list of included attractions runs from the Big Bus 2-day ticket and the Tower of London to the Shakespeare's Globe tour, the Changing of the Guard guided tour, a Beatles walking tour, Jason's Original Canal Boat Trip and an Uber Boat 1-day ticket.

The Royal Museums Greenwich Day Pass covers the Cutty Sark and the Royal Observatory with downloadable audio guides in English, and the site notes that the Queen's House and National Maritime Museum are free anyway. The London: Family Pass groups London Zoo, a London Eye river cruise and the London Transport Museum. The London City Card combines the London Eye, a hop-on hop-off tour, a river cruise and the Tower of London with an audio guide. According to the FAQ, the Greenwich pass is valid for one day and all its sites can be visited that day. The FAQ also describes the London Explorer Pass, where buyers choose a set number of attractions and have 60 days from the first visit to use them.

Single tickets and tours

Outside the passes, the site sells single tickets to the Tower of London, the View from the Shard, Madame Tussauds, the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Kensington Palace, Kew Gardens, St Paul's Cathedral, the Postal Museum and the Arsenal and Chelsea stadiums, plus theater such as The Lion King. The Buckingham Palace Interior Tour with Royal Walking Tour starts with a guide near the palace, passes St. James's Palace, St. James's Park, the Mall and Clarence House, then enters the palace with an audio guide in English. The page says the palace is "open to the public for just two months each year", lists a start time of 13:30, a duration of 02:30, cancellation "up to 24 hours before the event" and "Not Wheelchair Accessible". Gratuities are extra.

The Stamford Bridge Guided Tour with Chelsea FC Museum entry has a live guide, lasts 00:50 and is marked "Wheelchair Accessible". The London Eye, Hop-on Hop-off Tour and River Cruise combination includes a 24 or 48 hour bus ticket, London Eye entry and a one-way river cruise, with audio guides listed in Mandarin, Brazilian Portuguese, English, French, German, Spanish and Italian, the same 24-hour cancellation line, and food and drinks not included. The Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour with coach transfer from London includes the entry ticket and WiFi on the coach, is marked not wheelchair accessible, and lists Evan Evans Tours on its images.

How booking works

The site sets out 4 steps for each pass: buy online, "Receive your tickets within an hour", use them "whenever you like, with no need to choose a date in advance", and use a 10% Tiqets discount code "valid for 5 additional purchases on this partner offer website". Tickets are digital, with a QR code or voucher scanned at the attraction. Dated tours such as the palace visit carry a start time instead. The FAQ warns that some popular attractions need a time slot reserved, to be checked on the Tiqets website after purchase, and that problems with a pass go to Tiqets customer service or the pass provider. Each product page has a Meeting Point section with a Google Maps link.

What the site leaves unsettled

Refunds are handled per product: the FAQ says "Refund policies vary by pass" and points to the terms on the Tiqets website, while the tour pages show a 24-hour cancellation rule. The homepage promises "flexible cancellation options for all your bookings", which is broader than those specific terms, so the product's own line is the one to check. Group sizes are not given on the tour pages, and the pass descriptions do not say which of the 90+ attractions have the skip-the-line entry. The attraction count for the London Pass appears as 90+, 100+ and 118 in different places, and the site does not reconcile them.

London City Pass suits visitors who want to compare the London Pass, the Explorer Pass and smaller combinations on one page before a multi-day trip, and who are comfortable with Tiqets handling the ticket. The per-product details on duration, cancellation and wheelchair access are useful for planning. Anyone who wants to book directly with an attraction or tour company can use the distributor name on each page to find it.
