A free benefits card for CZECH INN hotel guests in Prague

The CZECH INN Prague Pass is not sold to the public. It is a free card that the CZECH INN Hotels group gives to guests staying at its hotels in Prague, Czech Republic, and it gives free entries and discounts at "více než 60 místech" (more than 60 places) around the city: attractions, museums, theaters, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, fitness centers and spas. Some extras take place in the group's own hotels, such as the cooking class at The Grill in Grand Hotel Prague Towers, while most benefits are discounts at independent venues. The pass page is written in Czech and prices are in Czech crowns. The pass comes with a direct booking only: the page says the offer "platí pouze pro přímé rezervace" (applies only to direct reservations), cannot be combined with vouchers or other special offers, and that direct bookers also get 12% off the room.

Picking it up and using it

Guests collect the card at their hotel's reception on arrival, then show it at each venue's till or reception. Some benefits need a hotel voucher first, such as the car wash, and some need a phone booking. The hotels named on the free parking list are Grand Prague Towers, Grand International, Plaza Boutique, Colorfactory, Wellness Step, Iris Eden, Merkur, Uno, St. George, Louis Leger and U Divadla, and parking is free only at the hotel where the guest is staying. Several perks, such as the free gym entry and the retro bikes, apply only at selected hotels in the group, and the theater discounts apply to performances during the guest's stay.

The free extras

The most useful free item for a first visit is the guided walk through the historic center and monuments. It lasts about 2 hours, runs in Czech and English, takes up to 20 people and starts from Na Příkopě 1, at the lower end of Wenceslas Square by the New Yorker store. It must be booked 24 hours ahead by WhatsApp or SMS on +420 774 806 323.

The restaurants Le Grill, Bistrot Puglia, Symphonia, Allegretto and The Grill offer a 1+1 deal on a 3-course menu by Michelin chef Angelo Sabatelli daily from 17:30. A free cooking hour with chef Emanuel Ridi or Jakub Reichman (described as the winner of Hell's Kitchen Česko 2025) runs every Tuesday and Thursday from 17:00 to 18:30 at The Grill in Grand Hotel Prague Towers, for a maximum of 9 people, booked on +420 725 702 069.

Other free benefits include entry to the Žluté Lázně riverside sports and bathing complex (listed as open 2.5. to 30.9., 9:00 to 22:00), retro bike loans at selected hotels, a car wash at named IMO Car Wash and Ballans branches, and free entry with a glass of Prosecco at 3 rooftop spots: Café Panorama (14:00 to 22:00), Metropol Bar (13:00 to 22:00) and Grand Bar (17:00 to 0:00). The clubs Epic Prague, Roxy Prague and Karlovy Lázně offer free entry to the basic ticket for that day's events, capped per card (the page gives a maximum of 4 entries at Epic).

The discounts

Among attractions, the page lists 50% off Prague Castle's permanent exhibitions, 20% off Prague Zoo for adult, child and student tickets, 20% off the Jewish Museum after 2 pm (its ticket is valid 3 days), 20% off the Botanical Garden, the Žižkov TV Tower and Prague Boats, 30% off Pražské Benátky boats and the Mozart Interactive Museum, 40% off rowing boats with Loďkou po Vltavě in summer, and 50% off the Pilsner Urquell Experience. Family venues include Aquapark Aquapalace at 20% and 1+1 tickets at Majaland, Dinosauria Museum Prague and TEPfactor. The National Theatre, State Opera and Estates Theatre give 20% off from September to June.

Restaurants and cafes mostly give 15% to 20%, including Le Grill and Bistrot Puglia at 15% and B4 Café Pub at 20%. Shopping offers include 10% at Fashion Arena Prague Outlet with VIP lounge access, coffee and a gift, and 10% plus free coffee at POP Airport Outlet on purchases over 500 Kč. Max Fitness, which the page says has 12 Prague gyms with a Finnish sauna included in entry, gives 30% off a single visit, and Europcar gives 50%.

The culture and nightlife list is longer than most visitors will use. It includes 20% off Lobkowicz Palace at Prague Castle, 40% off the Městská divadla pražská stages (ABC, Komedie and Rokoko), 25% off the Karel Zeman Museum, 30% off the Museum of Bricks and the Muzeum smyslů (with a free VR ride), 50% off the Minorite monastery of St. James, 15% off the adult Staropramen brewery tour, 20% at the Reduta and Jazz Dock jazz clubs and 30% at Ice Pub & Robotic Bar, where the deal covers entry and 2 cocktails. For wellness, Ananda Spa gives 20% plus a gift, the Lázně Pramen beer and wine spa in Dejvice 20%, and Thai massage at the Don Giovanni hotel 20%, booked by phone. Free gym entry applies at Grand Hotel Prague Towers, Grand Hotel International, Colorfactory Spa Hotel, Don Giovanni and Iris Hotel Eden, and the page also lists free sports clubs for running, tennis, ping pong, trekking, football and chess. Each entry in the full table gives the partner's address, opening hours and whether to show the card at the till, book ahead or collect a voucher at reception, which makes the page more useful than a simple list of percentages.

What the site leaves open, and who it suits

The page does not say whether the card can be used after checkout, and it gives no process if a venue declines it. Several partners list exceptions and closing dates, such as the Botanical Garden discount not applying on 12 to 13 September 2026, so the fine print by each venue matters. Because the pass page is in Czech, readers who do not speak it will need a translation tool for the conditions. There is no accessibility information for the tours or venues.

The card suits guests who book a CZECH INN hotel directly and want to fill a Prague stay with small savings and a few genuinely free extras: the English and Czech walking tour, the rooftop bars and the club entries are the ones that cost nothing. It adds little for anyone staying elsewhere, since it cannot be bought separately.
