Venice Pass is a digital museum and activity pass for Venice, Italy, which the site brands "The Official Venice Pass". Every attraction and transport line the site lists is in Venice, its lagoon islands and the mainland around Mestre. Venice Pass sells one digital product that combines entry to several Venice museums and attractions, with optional add-ons for public water transport, a guided St. Mark's Basilica visit and a gondola ride. It does not run the museums, galleries or attractions it includes; it resells their entries in a single pass, so it is a seller rather than the operator of anything on the list.

The pass works through the Venice Pass app, which the site says is available for Android and iPhone. Buyers choose a version on the website, then activate it when they want it to start. The FAQ recommends an Internet connection to use the pass properly and notes that each included attraction can be entered only once. Card durations and what they include

Venice Pass is available in 2-day, 3-day and 5-day versions, with the validity period running in consecutive hours from activation. All 3 versions include entrance to the Doge's Palace, with a note that entry is allowed only from 12:00 to 18:00 and that any waiting time is due to security checks. Inclusions and benefits beyond entry

Every version of the Venice Pass includes a free gift: a cicchetti tasting (Venetian bar snacks) at Baccalà Veneto in the Rialto area, at Calle Do Mori 414. The table also lists "Discounts in the agreed activities" for every version, without naming the partners on the homepage.

A "Fashion Passport" gift provides 10% off outlet prices in the participating stores at Noventa di Piave Designer Outlet. Cardholders download the PDF from the My Pass section of the app, show it at the outlet's Info Point and receive a card to present in the stores.

Attractions and museum policies

The Venice Pass list includes some attractions with specific policy notes. Children under 3 years old receive free admission to all sites and museums in Venice; in some private museums the site gives the children's age limit as 12, and in public museums as 18. For public transportation, children up to age 6 travel free on ACTV systems. The site directs families to check specific attraction policies on the attractions page within the website or app, as policies vary.

The site notes that on certain free-entry days in Italy (the first Sunday of each month, April 25, June 2, November 4, May 18, and European Heritage Days), entry to state museums is free for everyone but entry may not be guaranteed due to high attendance. How booking and activation work
