Maverick Helicopters is a helicopter tour and charter company that flies its own aircraft in the markets its homepage names as "Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Maui, and California". The departure points shown on its top tours are the Las Vegas Strip Terminal, Grand Canyon National Park Airport and Kahului Heliport on Maui, and its California menu covers Hollywood, the coast, Catalina Island and transfers from Long Beach and John Wayne airports. Beyond sightseeing, it sells weddings and proposals, private charters, group events, film production work and helicopter transfers to big events.

The homepage says the company "proudly operates the world's largest fleet of Airbus 130 helicopters and the West Coast's largest Sikorsky S-76 charter aircraft fleet", and claims "the top safety record of any tourism-based aviation company in the world". NASCAR transfers on October 4 fly between the Strip and the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Airbus 130 helicopters, "alongside drivers, team owners, and sponsors". The Coachella Valley transfers, October 10 to 12, 2026, fly from LA "in only 45 minutes", with daily flights between Long Beach Airport and Thermal Airport. The menu also lists EDC Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Grand Prix, a Day Trip Festival and Dreamstate transfers. A promotion on the homepage carries its own fine print: it "Must be booked direct", cannot be combined with other offers, is "Non-transferable, no cash value" and "All sales final".

Weddings and proposals

The weddings section lists packages with "starting from" prices. In Las Vegas: Neon Lights Wedding from $1099, over the Strip; Vegas Reflection Wedding from $1599, with an extra loop of the Strip and a sunset option; Desert Enchantment Wedding from $1899, with a private landing above the valley and views of Red Rock Canyon; and Painted Dreams Wedding at Valley of Fire from $3599. At the Grand Canyon: Desert Dreams Wedding from $4399, on "your private bluff deep within the heart of the Grand Canyon", and Sunset Brilliance Wedding from $4999, covering the Grand Canyon and Valley of Fire. On Maui, the Hawaiian Rainforest Wedding starts from $5499 with a landing in the Hana Rainforest, and the Hibiscus Voyage Wedding is an in-flight ceremony over Maui and Molokai.

The wedding FAQs are practical. For a Las Vegas license, both parties appear in person at a Clark County Marriage Bureau office, must be at least 18, and need ID; the license is issued the same day and is good for one year. Because Grand Canyon vows are "technically in Arizona", the officiant "will re-pronounce you on the return flight once you re-enter Las Vegas air space". Maverick staff file the marriage certificate "within 10 days", and witnesses only need to show photo ID and sign the license. On the Grand Canyon wedding flight, the FAQ says guests also see the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Lake Las Vegas and Fortification Hill from the air, and it recommends bringing a camera even when a photographer is booked. Couples may bring their own photographer if they choose the Gold or Silver packages, and the Grand Canyon and Valley of Fire landing sites have large umbrellas over picnic tables. The Maui packages include a private flight, a licensed minister, a photographer, leis, a wedding cake and refreshments, and the helicopters "can seat up to 7 guests, with a maximum combined weight of 1,070 lbs".
