The homepage traces it back to 1994, when "Wendy led the first tour herself," and the Our Story page says that first China tour came from a newspaper advertisement and carried 28 passengers. What the Price Covers and How Tours Run

The homepage's "It's all Taken Care of" panel says each tour includes "all your international flights, hotels, meals, guided touring, transportation, transfers" and even the visa, and a later list adds that the visa service is included "except 'Essential' tours."
